Snooker Table
Pocket billiard table (6 pockets)

Snooker Balls
21 target balls (15 red balls and 6 colored balls) and 1 cue ball (white).

Start of Game
The target balls are placed in accordance to the drawing on the right. One of the players makes the 'break'. Contacting one of the red balls is considered a legal break.

Game's Objective
The object of the game is to aggregate as many points as possible from pocketing the balls. The value of the balls changes according to color:

Red = 1 point

Yellow = 2 points

Green = 3 points

Brown = 4 points

Blue = 5 points

Pink = 6 points

Black = 7 points

The target balls are always the Red ball first and after every red ball pocketed you can pocket a colored ball in the same inning. As long as there are still red balls on the table, the colored balls pocketed are returned to the table at their designated place according to the drawing.

As soon as there are no red balls left on the table the player has to pocket the colored balls according to their value in points in growing order.

Fouls
In Snooker, a player must cause the cue ball to contact the target balls (red or colored according to the order specified), otherwise a foul has been committed.

Other fouls are when the cue call is pocketed or when no ball is pocketed or hits a cushion.

The penalty for a foul in Snooker is that the player's inning ends and the opponent comes to the table and receives points for the foul committed. The opponent can choose the option the let the fouling player to replay the hit. In case the fouling player commits three fouls in a row he looses the frame.

Winning a Snooker Game
In Snooker, the player that aggregates the most points when all the balls have been pocketed wins the frame.
